AI Transparency

WerteWerk uses AI support to increase efficiency, for instance when producing correspondence, analyses and documentation.

Human review and responsibility

The following applies without exception: all documents and correspondence created with AI support are reviewed and approved by a responsible person before use – responsibility for the content always remains with WerteWerk. AI serves us as a supporting tool, not as a decision-making authority. We do not make decisions with legal effect or similarly significant impact solely on the basis of automated processing; every result is reviewed and taken responsibility for by a person.

Selected services and data protection

Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with these providers; where processing takes place outside the EU, it is safeguarded by appropriate guarantees pursuant to Chapter V GDPR (in particular EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

Data minimisation and handling of sensitive content

When using these systems, we pay attention to data minimisation: we only enter the information required for the respective task. We handle particularly sensitive or confidential content with corresponding care and exclusively within the approved, protected framework.
