AI Transparency

WerteWerk uses AI support to increase efficiency, for instance when producing correspondence, analyses and documentation.

Human review and responsibility

The following applies without exception: all documents and correspondence created with AI support are reviewed and approved by a responsible person before use – responsibility for the content always remains with WerteWerk. AI serves us as a supporting tool, not as a decision-making authority. We do not make decisions with legal effect or similarly significant impact solely on the basis of automated processing; every result is reviewed and taken responsibility for by a person.

Selected services and data protection

For the processing of business information, we use exclusively internally approved AI services in business configurations for which the providers guarantee that inputs and outputs are not used to train or further develop the AI models. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with these providers; processing takes place within the European Union.

Data minimisation and handling of sensitive content

When using these systems, we pay attention to data minimisation: we only enter the information required for the respective task. We handle particularly sensitive or confidential content with corresponding care and exclusively within the approved, protected framework.
